Our Mineral B Carbon Steel Egg & Pancake Pan is specifically designed to be small in size, ideal for cooking a single egg, pancake, or blini to perfection. Its compact cooking surface ensures heat is distributed evenly, resulting in beautifully cooked, perfectly round breakfast items every time.

The high-quality carbon steel heats quickly and retains heat efficiently, while naturally developing a nonstick patina that enhances with each use. Whether you're flipping pancakes, frying an egg, or making golden blinis, this pan is a must-have for creating delightful, individual servings with ease.

Your MINERAL B pan comes coated in a layer of beeswax to protect it during transit. Before first use, wash the pan thoroughly with hot water and a scrub brush or sponge to remove all beeswax—no soap needed.

Once clean and dry, season your pan by heating it and applying a thin layer of high-smoke point oil (like grapeseed or avocado). Heat until the oil begins to smoke lightly, then let it cool. This begins building the natural nonstick patina.

After cooking, rinse with hot water, wipe clean, and dry completely. Avoid soap and never put it in the dishwasher. Rub with a light coat of oil before storing.

Your pan will darken and perform better with every use.
