It includes an extra-wide clamp for securing to 1 to 2.375-inch surfaces. Its roller adjusts to roll uniform pasta dough into 9 thicknesses (0.5 to 3-millimeters) with the turn of a dial. Easily roll sheets of pasta dough for ravioli or handcut shapes, or slide on the double pasta cutter attachment to cut spaghetti and fettuccine noodles.
